VPA High School Program
As a high school athlete, time is of the essence. Homework, tests, friends, and athletic events are all fighting for your time and attention. Finding time to strengthen your body and mind can be hard to fit into such a hectic schedule. For high school students, our Victory Performance Athlete (VPA) program is designed to improve first step quickness, breakaway speed, change of direction, power and strength, and mobility and flexibility on a busy high school schedule. Our program is perfect for high school students seeking to challenge themselves and achieve great success during and after the athletic season. Improve the overall athleticism and preparedness of each athlete for their upcoming season! In 10 weeks, give your athlete or team the advantage heading in to the season.
VPA Middle School Program
Looking to get your middle school athlete an inside edge on speed, strength, and conditioning? Jr. VPA is our sports performance program geared towards middle school athletes from 6th grade to 8th grade.
The program provides all the fundamentals of successful performance training in convenient two-day a week, 75 minutes a day sessions. These years are crucial for establishing maximum athletic performance and reducing future injuries.
VPSC Fitness & Performance Program
Our Adult Fitness & Performance Program is designed to improve movement, build strength, and educate each of our members. Life is unpredictable, coming at us from every direction. We must train things like rotation, side to side movement, or single leg tasks to build our resilience to injury and strength that is applicable to the real world.
