High School Program

As a high school athlete, time is of the essence. Homework, tests, friends, and athletic events are all fighting for your time and attention. Finding time to strengthen your body and mind can be hard to fit into such a hectic schedule. For high school students, our High School program is designed to improve first step quickness, breakaway speed, change of direction, power and strength, and mobility and flexibility on a busy high school schedule. Our program is perfect for high school students seeking to challenge themselves and achieve great success during and after the athletic season. Improve the overall athleticism and preparedness of each athlete for their upcoming season! In 10 weeks, give your athlete or team the advantage heading in to the season.

  • Monday/Wednesday¬† 4:00-5:30p
  • Tuesday/Thursday 5:15p-6:45p
  • Friday 3:30p-5:00p

Middle School Program

Looking to get your middle school athlete an inside edge on speed, strength, and conditioning? This sports performance program is geared towards middle school athletes from 6th grade to 8th grade.

The program provides all the fundamentals of successful performance training in convenient two-day a week, 60 minutes a day sessions. These years are crucial for establishing maximum athletic performance and reducing the likelihood of future injuries.

  • Tuesday/Thursday 4:30p-5:30p

Fitness & Performance 

Our Adult Fitness & Performance Program is designed to improve movement, build strength, and educate each of our members. Life is unpredictable, coming at us from every direction. We must train things like rotation, side to side movement, or single leg tasks to build our resilience to injury and strength that is applicable to the real world. That is why we train our athletes in 3D! Train with us at Victory Performance and never worry again about whether or not your training program is Simple, Safe, & Effective!

AgeWell Fitness (55+)

We have a passion for empowering people to live their best life through fitness. We have found that empowering individuals 55+ through fitness is an extremely rewarding pursuit. We love serving these individuals because they have so much to gain by changing years of poor movement patterns, and the life changing results come quickly.

Robert Gray, Owner/Head Coach of Victory Performance, and Meredith Wharton have launched AgeWell to specifically address the unique needs of those over 55. It is the diversity of needs in this age group that makes it so wonderful! No one is just like you–we devise a program specifically to address your past injuries and health needs. It is a program that meets you where you’re at and progresses you from there! We welcome those who have never stepped into a gym before to accomplished athletes. Our goal is to improve how you move so that you can do more of the things you love doing!
