Coach Stef grew up in Folsom and El Dorado Hills, graduating from Oak Ridge High School. She played soccer and basketball through high school, and went on to row for the crew team at UCIrvine. After having her third child in 2009, Stef decided to turn her passion for health and fitness into a career. As a personal trainer and fitness coach, she especially enjoys helping women reach their fitness goals, introducing women to weight lifting, and helping moms regain strength and confidence after pregnancy.
In 2015 Coach Stef began working with Victory Performance in their Youth Strength and Conditioning classes. Having three daughters in competitive sports, and coaching their sports teams over the years, Stef finds helping young athletes develop strength, speed and, most importantly, confidence incredibly rewarding. With the 2019 opening of VPSC in it’s new location, Coach Stef leads Adult, as well as Youth classes.
In her spare time, Coach Stef enjoys spending weekends at her daughters’ Folsom Earthquakes soccer games throughout Northern California, coming up with healthy recipes her family will actually eat, and training for and competing in CrossFit Competitions.
